If you've never been to New York, you're not weird..... You're just dead. Even more than Edward. You're probably not even breathing right now. And I doubt you've ever had a pulse. Pretty much, you just haven't lived yet. Oh, and Long Island doesn't count.
What I'm talking about is the city. New York City. "The Big Apple". It's the most amazing place in the world, and it still would be even if it wasn't nicknamed after an abnormally large piece of fruit. If you're an Edward, you can't even begin to imagine. You may see it as crowded, dirty, and expensive, but that's only the obvious. Look beyond the surface, and you'll see the sparkle in it.... It sparkles more than a Tiffany engagement ring. More than your skin in the sunlight. More than words can describe. And it's definitely there, trust me.
Trust me because I'm smart.
Trust me because I'm beautiful.
Trust me because I'm modest.
But most of all, trust me because I'll be living there shortly. Shortly, as in about a month. This post marks the beginning of the most amazing four years of my life, in the most amazing Fashion school in the country, in the most amazing city in the world.
So, follow my blog, and in a few short months you'll be able to experience the magic secondhand. And, if you still can't see the sparkle, at least you'll be exposed to some excellent writing along the way.
