Hautelook unveiled major sales on some amazing pieces this morning! We have inspirational necklaces from Alisa Michelle, feminine silhouettes from Gold Hawk, and sunglasses from Tom Ford. Here are our top picks:

1. Alisa Michelle. The boutique offers the "Deal of the Day", which is an inspirational necklace ($18) made to look like a coin. On one side, it says "Do What You Love", and on the other, "Love What You Do". It comes in both gold and silver, and at 80% off, it's totally worth it!

2. Gold Hawk. The Gold Hawk boutique is HUGE, with everything from dresses, to skirts, to shirts! It all has one thing in common, though- femininity! Each piece has a feminine silhouette, and comes in light colors and patterns. Our favorite, the Gold Hawk Dress in Linen ($199), has a very boho-chic vibe.

3. Tom Ford. Tom Ford's section of Hautelook brings us my absolute favorite thing- sunglasses!! The boutique has a wide selection of styles, including, oversized, square, and cat-eyed. I'm completely in love with the Julia Sunglasses ($139, left)- their clear frame and pink lenses are extremely retro-chic!

Hautelook: American Apparel

Online Sample Sale Site Hautelook Brings Us Great Pieces From American Apparel!

I used to hate American Apparel. It was all anyone wore back in high school, just a bunch of ill-fitting over-priced basics in extremely blah colors. It didn't flatter ANYONE, honestly. I seriously hated the brand, and refused to conform. Well, that was then. This is now.

Fast forward 8 months, and I'm a second semester college freshman. Now, I'm in fashion school, surrounded by people who actually have some sense of style. For the most part, anyways. Now that I've witnessed the ill-fitting basics be turned into something not so hideous, it's safe to say I've had a change of mind as far as American Apparel. I now LOVE American Apparel.

As we all know by now, I only report on the sample sales of brands I like. So, here are my top picks for the American Apparel sample sale on Hautelook:

1. Faux Denim High Waist Skirt ($20). Unless we're talking about about Armani jeans, you will never hear me say anything positive about denim. I find it extremely uncomfortable, although sometimes stylish. Well, here's the solution- this skirt has the chic look, but it's not real denim! It does look extremely convincing, though. I'm in love with the high waist style for this season!

2. 6-Way jersey Bandeau Dress ($19). This dress is adorable beyond words. Look at the color scheme of this blog- its not too hard to tell that I love love love PINK!! The color in this is dark enough to be worn at night, so it's not too limiting. Also, you can wear it 6 different ways, so it'll be a while before you get bored.

3. Spandex Jersey Two-Tone Fitted Mini Dress ($17). Not much to say about this one- it's adorable even without my sarcastic comments. With a white capped-sleeve top, it's incredibly flattering to the neckline. It definitely doesn't look like a dress- more like an average shirt paired with an average black skirt, creating an incredibly effortlessly chic look!

Here are our favorites from each boutique:

1. Rock Republic's jean boutique brings us a huge selection of their coolest jeans! From flares, to skinnies, to even jeggings, it's all here! I especially like the Collier Skinny Jeans ($99).

2. DecadesTwo.1 features the best dresses, handbags, trench coats, tops, purses, hats, and shoes from top Italian brands like Fendi, Gucci, and Marni. The Gucci Brown Logo Jacquard Tote ($590), the Valentino Garavani Satin Tote with Floral Paillettes ($1,990), and the Versace Black and White Printed Blouse ($220) are among my favorites.

3. Rock Republic's cosmetics boutique offers lip gloss, eye shadow, and mascara in a wide variety of colors! I love the bright red perfect-for-spring Noir Lip Gloss in Femme Fatale ($13.50).

4. Miguelina brings us the most chic tops, dresses, and skirts at an amazing discount! I absolutely love the Callista Top ($105).

5. Rock Republic's shoe boutique features only their finest shoes! Studs, suede, and leather are present throughout, creating the most trendsetting shoes of the season! My favorite are the bright pink Nika Pumps ($55).

Popular Online Sample Sale Website HauteLook Unveils A Major Sale On Designer Sunglasses, Including Names Like Fendi, Gucci, And Dior!

With Spring coming fast, we need to get our wardrobes in order for the new season much quicker than we thought. Shorts, tank tops, bikinis, and all the right accessories... So much to buy! Luckily, HauteLook is here to help! The popular online Sample Sale site began a new sale this morning on designer sunglasses, including the hottest styles of the biggest brands, at the lowest prices! Here's the list of the top 12 featured brands, as well as my top pick for each!

1. Alexander McQueen. The selection of Alexander McQueen sunglasses include both dark shades and colored shades, and both thick frame and frameless styles. My pick are the Alexander McQueen Women's Sunglasses ($116).

2. Fendi. The Fendi boutique is by far my favorite! I have two picks: Both the Fendi Women's Sunglasses in Antique Rose ($101) as well as the Fendi Women's Sunglasses in Burgundy ($101).

3.Gucci. The Gucci boutique features different styles with the same general trend: thin, shaded lenses and solid frames, complete with the ever-stylish Gucci logo on the side! I love the Gucci Women's Sunglasses in Black ($155).

4. Prada. The selection of Prada sunglasses brings us aviator styles in bright colors! The Prada Women's Sunglasses in Blue give us just the right amount of a nautical look that will be perfect for Spring!

5. Christian Dior. The Christian Dior sunglasses available are rectangular lenses with thick frames. I pick the dark-colored Christian Dior Women's Shaded 2/S Sunglasses ($169).

6. Marc Jacobs. Marc jacobs has one of the biggest selections today! The styles are so varied- some oversized, some rectangular, and some Gaga-esque robotic lenses. My favorite are the Marc Jacobs Unisex Glasses ($130, left), although I do not understand how their fun pink color makes them unisex!

7. Roberto Cavalli. Roberto Cavalli goes for the posh, oversized look. I absolutely love the Robert Cavalli Women's Sunglasses in Black ($109, above)- their leopard print side frame makes them unique!

8. Just Cavalli. Just Cavalli brings us just a few of the best oversized styles! My pick are the Just Cavalli Women's Sunglasses in Lavender ($63, above).

9. Kate Spade. Kate Spade brings us classic looks in a few styles, each with her signature logo on the side! My pick are the Kate Spade Women's Nora Sunglasses ($74)- their black and white criss-cross side print definitely stands out!

10. Ralph Lauren. There are only a few styles by Ralph Lauren, but they're adorable! My pick are the Ralph Lauren Women's Sunglasses in Tortoise ($70).

11. Calvin Klein. Calvin Klein brings us oversized circular frames as well as small square and rectangular frames. I love the standout red color of the Calvin Klein Women's Sunglasses in Red ($56).

12. Tom Ford. The styles by Tom Ford resemble oversized, stylish cat eyes (in a good way!). The Tom Ford Women's Sunglasses in Brown ($124) are my pick!
